Tenant pays electric, electric heat, and hot water and is responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance. It is highly recommended Tenant has a 4-wheel drive vehicle for the long driveway in order to access property during the winter months. If interested in renting, a $50 per applicant, non-refundable fee is requested upon submission of our own application. Renter will be required to purchase Renter's Insurance with liability coverage and provide proof of coverage within 30 days of occupancy. One cat permitted, plus $400 deposit, must be spayed or neutered. No dog allowed. No smoking permitted inside the building. Final acceptance of Tenant(s) is subject to approval by surrounding farming operation.
