Recent renovations include new media room with fireplace and built-ins/bookshelves. New master suite with breakfast bar and covered balcony. In-ground pool and spa with waterfall features and large pool patio with room for sun lounging and patio dinners for ten. Our utilities depend on how much we're home, Basically, our highest summer electric bill runs less than $600. Our highest winter gas bill depends on how much we use the spa (and we use it a LOT in the winter)...maybe $500 at the most. A major addition was finished in 2004...new family/media room on level one, and a new master suite on level two. New roof over entire home at during that remodel. Major landscape project, that included a new pool and spa, was completed July 2012. Salt water pool and spa was designed and built by Diamond Pools...those guys were AWESOME to work with. LOVE our pool and spa. :-)
