i have a 3 bed 1 bath that i just got back on one of my parks i dont know much about it, it looks to be in good shape the flooring is not the best! the trailer has at some point had a roof built on it and seems to be in good shape! the trailer is for sell (i will finance the trailer out and you can leave it on the lot untill its paid for) 12,000$ asking price 2,000$ down to move in the trailer! the lot rent is 350$ and the trailer payment is 450$ for a total of 800$ each month you will have to sign a lease each year and we do have a application you have to pay for and complete 1 year lease with the option to renew each year
