Neighborhood Description Many of us are the original owners and are good friends who look out for one another. Next door is a rental home, with the owners living around the corner. It's quiet but convenient to 183 and 183A, new shopping district and new hospital. It's been a wonderful place to raise our daughters. Two nice playgrounds nearby. Cedar Park still has a small-town feel in many ways, but is very convenient to Austin. The recent boom along 1431 has finally gotten us movies, restaurants, bookstores and a hospital 5 minutes away. It's been a great place for us for almost 20 years.
