Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Any violation of the no-pets policy will incur a $200 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of the properties. Beach towels are not provided.
