The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, a basement with plenty of storage space (perfect for bikes and other gear your have), washer and dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and a garden patio. We are currently using the second bedroom as an office/guest room, but have rented it out in the past as a bedroom. The house comes fully furnished as seen, but if you don't want the furniture we are open to different options. We are also open to leaving the house plants if you are interested. We would like a July 1 lease date but are flexible. We would consider a pet but would like to know more info. Renter pays utilities.
