This house is located one back from the beach. It comes with a lot of natural light and is currently furnished. The house can be rented fully furnished, partially furnished or completely empty. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage, renter must pay electricity and any Internet. A $1500 deposit is due at the time of signing the lease and $250 is nonrefundable. It will be used as the cleaning fee for move out. I will consider pets on a situation by situation basis.
