Stove, Refrigerator, and washer/dryer are provided, along with off-street parking and weekly trash pickup. . Tenant to pay first month's rent and security deposit in full up front. We have a strict No Pets policy in this apartment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment or inside the building. Weekly trash pickup is provided at no cost to tenants. Water and sewer are paid by landlord but Tenants will pay for electric and gas. Tenants can either place electric and gas in their own names, or they can leave utilities in landlords name and reimburse for utilities with their rent. We prefer communication via email or text, but will accept calls regarding the rental from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
