Glenwood Senior Living is a two story 39 unit apartment complex for seniors 55 and older. We have one and two-bedroom 1 bath units and income limits do apply for residency. All our units include heat, garbage, water and sewer. One underground parking stall and extra storage space are also included in the rent. We have a first-floor coin-op laundry room with 5 washers and dryers. We have an exercise room and a community room with full kitchen where we hold many fun activities such as monthly pot luck, bingo, card games, hired entertainment, etc. You can also reserve the room for personal parties. Glenwood is a secure facility with on-site management and maintenance, we are handicap accessible and we have an elevator. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9AM until 1PM - Weekends by appointment only. 12 Month lease term, renter is responsible for Electricity and Internet/Cable. 25.00 application fee. 500.00 Deposit is due at time of Application.
