    This duplex was built one year ago on a previously existing foundation. Each unit is made up of an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining ara, kitchen and patio. Each unit has its own laundry area and small rear patio. The whole structure was built last year with the exception of the patio cover.
