You can walk or take the bull runner if you don't have a car or want to save on gas. I have loft ceilings so you almost never hear heavy stomping from the neighbors above. The apartment is pet friendly too and one of the nicest apartments on 42nd street. It's also double gated, which means you need a swipe key to get through the gates and into the building.
