Strict policy of no pets, no smoking. Bed and bath linens provided. Six month lease November 1st, 2022 - April 30th, 2023. No pets or smoking allowed, this policy is strictly enforced. Basic cable and internet are included. Electric bill is included up to $225.00 per month, tenant responsible for monthly overages. Two outdoor uncovered parking spaces included, one assigned, one unassigned. First months rent and security deposit due upon signing of lease. No subletting or sharing of different groups over different weekends permitted. Three people maximum, unit is small and closet space is limited. Ski storage is not permitted in the unit, lockers in town are recommended. Rent payments are due on the first of each month via electronic transfer, (for example Zelle or Venmo).
