There is city water and a septic system, both of which are working fine. There is no natural gas. The heating and cooling are accomplished by a heat-pump system. The house could use a few things but it is perfectly liveable and I have been living here for several years. The garage/shop: The garage/shop consists of 6 rooms and around 3300 interior square feet. The garage has 2 electric services with 2 electric meters . One electric service is a conventional one that gives you 110v and 220v. The second electric service is a THREE PHASE 240 volt delta configuration, very rare in a small shop like this! I also have an active business license in an area that is zoned residential. This is known as a nonconforming legal use. The reason it is legal to have a business license here is because there has been a small business here since before it was zoned residential. What does this mean for you? If you buy this place it is my understanding that you are able to operate a small business out of the garage legally as long as you get your business license here promptly after buying. This would be the perfect place for a small machine shop or a bitcoin mining facility due to the excellent electric and the opportunity to legally have a business here!
