My roommate and I are moving, and have an apartment on Plaza on University until the start of August. We'd like to re-lease our apartment to two new tenants, who will take over the lease and live here instead. The complex has tons of features and perks, and is absolutely worth the money. There's free 24 hour gym membership, two pools and a hot tub, a clubhouse with a pool table, Foosball, ping pong, and air hockey, plus private theater rooms that can be checked out with friends for movies or video games. Plus there are several restaurants and a barber shop all attached to the complex, and it's across the street from UCF. It's on the first floor, right next to the parking garage. One of the more convenient ones in the complex. We have more room than the standard apartment, because it's a corner room. All utilities are included, with electricity only up to a monthly cap.
