Windows look out over the neighborhood on the Belle Plaine side and into the trees on the Paulina side. Easy street parking with no permits. Storage in the basement. Bike storage in the basement. Coin laundry. Radiator heat is great for the Chicago winter, landlord pays for water, scavenger, and hot water. Tenant responsible for gas & electric. If you're looking for furniture let me know and I'll show what remains. Credit Check for $50, recent pay stub, and photo ID required. No security deposit, unit will be vacated on the weekend before move-in. August rent is free as an added bonus (I'll move out sooner if you sign and want to move in earlier than 9/1) AC window units included Sublet ends 4/30/2021 with option to re-sign. A lot of people have issues with window AC units. I have one in the living room and another in the bedroom, this takes care of 90% of the heat issues. If you want it fully taken care of picking up another window unit completely solves this then. The street parking is amazing, there's no permits at all outside the apartment. You can always find a spot first thing in the morning or when coming home from work. During the day when school is in session is the only problem time but going a block further a spot will be available.
