Everyone takes great care of their homes, the neighbors are all very nice, the neighborhood homes are well taken care of, the streets are clean and not cluttered with cars. It's also very close (within walking distance) to several shopping centers and parks. The middle school and high school are right down the street. There is also a YMCA across the street with a pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. for the kids.
