House is located on 1.5 acres, quiet and private space. Renter maintains the property at all times. A storage building is also on the property for the Renters use. Property is in excellent condition and we expect it to be maintained in excellent condition. NO SMOKING Policy in place. One small pet allowed only. Lone Oak ISD will pick up children at the entrance of the property. I am looking for a family, with small children. House is small and therefore, cannot handle older kids and more than one small dog. NO CATS. A 12 month lease term, Renters pay first month rent and house deposit up front. If any pets, pet deposit will be required up front as well. We plan to install gates at entrances, tenants will be required to pay open and close gates daily. There are multiple houses on the property, so can coordinate with other tenants.
