A nice, quiet hideaway in Essex. Good people, and a good neighborhood. A nice mix of younger families and older folks. The younger families are moving into the neighborhood and doing alot of improvements to their homes. Even without the housing boom that drove up prices, I fell the neighborhood will continue to rise in value due to this. Surprising homes aren't even more expensive here considering proximity to 695, 95, 985, downtown, White Marsh, etc, and not near as much traffic as some other places, like Perry Hall, WM, Edgewood.
