ROOM DETAILS: This is 4-bedroom house. I occupy two and rent out the two remaining rooms. Only one room is vacant at this time. The start date is flexible (I'd prefer Feb 2026). The room overlooks the backyard and has a spacious closets and a large bay window. There is a shared full bath (also located on the second floor).
