Barefoot Bay has great amenities for the whole family. Each month has a calendar filled with activities both lakeside and poolside. All amenities include: pool, shuffle board, bocce, lawn bowling, horseshoes, tennis/pickle ball, golf course, and mini-golf. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with open space floor plan! Updated bathrooms, countertops, and backsplash in kitchen. It comes fully furnished with central AC/Heating system, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Bedroom 1: Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. It has a walk-in closet, queen bed, and private bathroom. Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The house is located just a short drive from various restaurants, bars, and parks that are on the water! There are also plenty of fishing spots near by for ocean and inlet fishing! Monthly payment includes rent, water, heat/electric (up to $300), internet with a brand new smart TV, lawn maintenance, and 24/7 surveillance on outdoor premises. The house has a large carport that two vehicles can be parked under. No smoking. Small dog breeds allowed. We require a deposit which is determined by how long the stay will be. Full deposit will be returned at the conclusion of the stay, after the final walk through.
