I purchased this home to remodel and move into. We have decided to stay where we live currently and live about an hour away. New roof when I bought the place it had a giant tarp on it. The whole upstairs has been taken down to stud. No knob and tube were found anywhere. I kept all original trim and its stores in a room upstairs. 4 beds and 1 half bath. 2500 sqft with a 2 car attatched garage and full basement.
