Great starter home. Mostly all remodeled. New doors, sheetrock, and new paint. Front porch newly redone, that makes for a great storage space. Laundry room redone with new flooring. Carpets have been cleaned and in great shape. Second bedroom has new closet added and new paint. This home was a great home for me and my wife and two kids. Looking to build a new home ourselves in Boelus as we have outgrown this great home. Love the little town atmosphere and neighbors. The yard is fenced in on one side of the house with plenty of shade for animals or kids to play.
