Cats ok, dogs ok (including big dogs!), many amenities. Includes: community pool fitness center business center dog play area play ground close to public transportation washer and dryer water, trash, sewer (with additional utility fee ~$50) Excludes: electric cable/internet *application approval necessary Tenant pays electric, cable/internet, and will be responsible for renters insurance and a $53 utility fee that covers water, trash and sewer. Tenant will be held accountable for all current lease terms.
