Fred Meyers, Trader Joes, Walmart & Safeway are all a short 5 minute drive away (aprox 2.5 miles). Lease duration anywhere from 1 month - 1 year. Utilities included in monthly rent. If have a pet, refundable pet deposit may be required. Smoking OK outside only. Parking available in driveway or street. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
