Monthly rent includes all utilities and must be paid by the 10th of each month or a late fee will be added. No smoking inside of the home and no house parties. We maintain a pretty easy going household and like to keep a relaxing environment at home. All we ask otherwise is to please clean up after yourself, be courteous and pay rent on time! No pets as there are 2 dogs located at the home currently.
