There is also a large barn/shed for storage. The house is heated with oil. The oil tank will need to be filled by tenant. The front porch is in need of repair...the tenant can choose to make the repairs and have the expenses deducted from the rent...otherwise a contractor will be hired. There is a large unfinished basement with a nice work room. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
