I love my house but it’s 2.5 hours from our home. The views are amazing. The flood zone is X so no flood ins required. This is a new construction. Excellent builder. No issues with this house. It is immaculate. Only reason I’m contemplating selling is because i have the opportunity to build a house on Gaston lake which is closer to our home.
