I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Woods of Hoover. I have to move before May 2017, which means the apartment will be available OR vacant in May! They do not allow subleasing, so you will have to go through the application like normally but to tell them you want to take over the lease from me. I am willing to offer half the rent for your first month after you take over the lease . It is a very nice 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath apartment. It's pet friendly. It's on the first floor. The living room and bedrooms are spacious with a lot of windows (direct sunlight). It also has a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is furnished with stove and refrigerator. The location is great, it is about 2 minutes away from Walmart. 5 minutes away from Publix. There are tons of restaurants located around the apartment. The Galleria is just across the street!
