Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease ... it's the master bed (aka ensuite with a bathroom of your own) of a 2 bed/2 bath with full kitchen including a gorgeous island and private outdoor space in the Flats on D building (has a gym, package concierge, terrace, screening/theater room, all that). The rent is $1,834 per month but I have another apartment lined up so this monthly rate includes an offset from me (however you want; taken out of first month, cash for moving, etc.) of around $350. Pretty much everything is flexible so if you think this looks good but something is off, just reach out and we can see if there's something to be worked out. Our apartment is a corner unit (it's massive and has a private outdoor terrace). The bed you see in these pictures is a king and there's plenty of room around it (I have a yoga setup that I leave out all the time and it fits just fine). The bathroom has a full bathtub and is accessible directly from your room. There's a washer/dryer in the unit, and if you want to get parking, the building offers covered 24/7 garage parking for $275 a month. There is a second bathroom accessible from the common area but that one will be exclusively your roommate's so each person gets their own space. Lease runs through 2/2/19 ... you would be taking over the lease and sign direct with the building so nothing shady. You can also replace yourself in this building just by finding a new tenant and having both people sign; no move in or move out fee. Your roommate is an architect in her 30s, loves Boston sports, keeps clean, and pays everything on time. The room is available any time and current roomie would ideally like someone similar (late 20s or 30s and prefers to live with another girl) ... No cigarette smokers please as she's allergic.
