Nice large and old home, plenty of rooms and yard, everything is great, minus it just started to require a roof repair, and there has to be gas/water sewage upgrades as well, one piece of wall inside, + an extra little home in the back yard included has been a large chicken coop in the last 4 years, it would need a deep cleaning if ever used for anything else, + a storage room, I recently updated pictures with them. The carport is in great shape, the fence has had a lot of wear and tear, but it's still sustainable. The doors inside aren't all perfect, but it all works fine, just need very small repairs, this is not a dump by all means, and we've kept it clean and maintained since the previous owners have as well. Also added new toilets less than 3 years ago in 2 bathrooms. It's a big place, we're in no rush to sell, it's still being used, but we'll sell at any time. I'll negotiate, but I'll block and ignore you if you suggest much lower than the listed price. I'm also unlikely to wanna talk/negotiate to anyone trying to "Buy to sell for more", I'll ignore most of those calls and all you do is influence me to raise the price. (To anyone real reading this, these people don't even know the area code they're using to call). There's no mortgage.
