Private second floor room. Comes with bunk bed/mattresses, dresser, two windows, and closet. In a highly walkable and convenient location (close to campus, downtown, arts district, etc.). Comes with in-unit + free laundry, two driveways for parking, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Cat and small animal friendly. Current roommate is 25F, preferring a female/nonbinary roommate, but open to male. 25 and younger only please. Smoking friendly but be mindful of the space, generally recommended to do so on the porch unless weather is bad. We enjoy hosting parties once or twice a month, and work with people in the house to time those to everyone's comfort. Optional group grocery orders as well as optional group cooks. Chores are distributed based on how often you use shared-spaces: generally include kitchen clean, living room clean, sweeping, trash, etc.
