There is a large bedroom, a family room with bay window overlooking the fenced back yard and patio, kitchenette, refrigerator, part of a deep freezer, high capacity/energy efficient washing machine and dryer. Nearly all of the unit is abov ground with nice lighting. Note: there is a wash basin and many appliances but no dishwasher and no stove/oven. And best yet, dogs and cats are allowed! NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON PROPERTY (no vaping either). Private landlord. Utilities included (water, sewer, trash, gas and internet). Please contact for more information. There is a nonrefundable $250 cleaning deposit. There is a pet deposit of $250 per pet, half is refundable. Lease is required. Background check required prior to approval to move in unit. Application required. Criminal history will prevent approval.
