We are located in the Giant Step Condos right next to the main chairlift on the 1st floor of building one and is a corner unit ski hill side. This ski condo complex is one of the few in Brian Head that has an underground parking garage, fire wood included in HOA fee, dumbwaiters, and is ski in/ski-out. This condo that our family bought 6 years ago has been upgraded with new kitchen counter tops, appliances, ceramic flooring, new carpeting, crown molding, texture ceilings, new dual pane windows, exterior patio door, refurbished cabinetry, vanities, interior doors and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We also built extra storage areas on the patio. It's location is its' uniqueness; besides being able to walk out the front door and turn left and you're outside next to the tubing run and ski slopes, and being able to sit on your patio and watch your kids build a snowman, you also can access it on the ground level from the clubhouse, which is really nice for family members who have issues with stairs! It's given us many fond memories as well as provided us with years of rental income. We can refer you to a reliable rental company if needed, as well as a good cleaning service. This condo can accommodate 8 people with a King-size bed in the master, a Queen bed & twin bunk bed in the guest room and queen sleeper sofa in living room and there are flat screen TVs in every room. Giant Steps has a great game room, 2 spas, an underground parking garage, and dumbwaiters in all three buildings. Whether summer or winter, Brian Head, Utah has it all. In the winter this small mountain town has great powder skiing, a snowboard park, snowmobiling, a tubing park, which is right next to our building. Summertime in Brian Head provides great nature hikes and mountain biking trails with some of the most magnificent overlooks nature can provide. Brian Head now has its own pond "Bristlecone Pond", that is stocked with trout, and surrounded by a walking path and picnic pads. Southern Utah is dubbed color country for its beautiful national parks. For sightseeing we a few miles from Cedar Breaks and Zion National Park is about 69 miles away & Bryce Canyon is about 58 miles. The Shakespearean Festival takes place all summer as well and is just 30 minutes away in Cedar City.
