*Slightly flexible on move-in date Beautiful, historic 1br right in the heart of Old Town - this is the top floor of an incredible and quirky historic home at the intersection of Princess & N. Washington. I've absolutely loved my time here, but am looking for someone to renew a lease on my beautiful 1br apartment (no sublets, please!) as I'm looking to make the move to a townhouse. I'm not quite sure how big the apartment is, but I'd venture to guess it's 850+ sqft - you can see from the photos that it's super open and bright and airy. The layout is a little quirky since it's an older house (half is actually from the 1700s!) - the way I've done it is that you walk in to a large bedroom or living room, up a tiny set of stairs (pictured), and in to another living area that is attached to the kitchen and bathroom. I personally love this place for the historic details - the floors are AMAZING and the wood moulding/woodwork (clearly I'm not a pro with the wording) in the kitchen and bathroom is a fun touch. There is a giant backyard that is fully fenced and perfect for dogs - I have a few plants back there and there's a small patio for having a glass of wine or grilling out. Laundry is shared between 3 total tenants, but I've never had an issue with resource crowding. Parking is easy with a residential permit, and I can nearly always snag the spot closest to the house on the adjacent cobblestone street.
