Seeking a responsible, mellow person or couple to sublet our one bed room apartment for the whole month of September (2 - 28) Our humble abode is located in middle of the Castro & the Mission. Laundry, Wifi, a dishwasher, and a rooftop are all included in this lovely apartment.This apartment's architecture is inspired by Spanish influence. It is a gated community, with a quiet atmosphere. We are located on the bottom floor, with a court yard outside of the front window. There is also a patio, that over looks the main street. Everything in this apartment is laid out simple, with minimal furniture, basic kitchen ware, and tasteful art. The kitchen space is cozy with lots of cabinets, and has stools under the counter top. However, also provided is a dining table - just for your comfort. The bedroom has a large closet, with an additional closet in the dining room.Guests will have access to free WiFi Internet, a washer and dryer on site, the F train, J train, and the Castro Muni Train Station. (All lead to downtown) 16th Mission Bart Station is 4 blocks away. Dolores Park is 2 blocks away, and Safeway 2 blocks away as well. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and parking is very easy to find. This location is very central to the Mission, as well as the Castro. There is also a beautiful view on our rooftop!
