Neighborhood Description A very quiet neighborhood which is just one block long. No traffic. No noise. No outragious parties. A few well-behaved teenagers, a couple of elementary school - aged children. Large trees which make me homesick. Well kept yards. Yard of the month at the end of the block. We look out for each other. My grandkids love to go to the school playground when they are here. Out the gate and off they go. Basketball, baseball, swing and climb the monkeybars, play soccor, whatever they want to do. At the end of the block is Wilshire City Park with a public swimming pool, a lovely pond where people fish, walking paths, playground and picnic areas. Restricted freedom without bugging their parents. I bought the house for these reasons but now I am getting older and less healthy. I need a smaller place. New things are ahead of me.
