House Rules Drug-free home No Smoking permitted No aggressive or criminal behavior Guests limited to 24 hours Fragrance-free environment: no chemical cleaners, air fresheners, or scented products due to allergies **Must be comfortable with a large dog breeds; 2.5yo German Shepherd resides in the home Drug-free home: No illegal substances permitted; no marijuana, THC etc Fragrance-free: Due to allergies, no scented products, chemical cleaners, or air fresheners. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No aggressive or criminal behavior tolerated. Guests: Visits (one guest per visit) limited to 24 hours. No long-term guests. Pets: Pets can be negotiated but not immediately permitted. Must be comfortable with a large German Shepherd already in the home. Rent: $1,500/month (includes utilities + Wi-Fi) due on the 1st of every month; past the 4th, later-fee of $100 and $15 each day after that.
