The house is a great starter house for a small family. We love the neighborhood and relaxing in the shade of the trees. The bedrooms and the living room have wood floors, and the whole house has a very nice one level plan. The double pane windows and insulation keep the house warm in the winter, and with the help of the trees it is cool in the summer. This property has water rights and is zoned as county.
