Current tenants are moving to the city for change of scenary. We have had good lucks with all our past tenants and we hope to continue to streak. Laminate flooring throughout the space with the exception of entrance and kitchen which has tiles. One dedicated carport parking and separate entrance. Great location. Easy commuting to Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle downtown, Issaquah. Walking and hiking trails in the neighborhood. Tenants share all utility bills. We live upstairs and we do have 2 school age kids, so there might be noise from time to time. Both of them play the piano. Our kids do have a regular schedule and goes to bed pretty early (like 9ish pm). We are hoping to find responsible tenants who will treat it as their home. Move in dates negotiable (current tenants lease ends 4/30). We are willing to wait for the right tenant. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Pet deposits additional.
