Lakewood Estates is an amazing historical neighborhood, with homes dating to the 1920s. Many trees and beautiful grand old homes. There are neighborhood ponds and a homeowners association. I know most of my neighbors and we regularly get together for parties and impromptu get-togethers. A good mix young professionals and older folks.
