The bathroom is newly renovated. Brand new as off 12/2022. The bedroom is clean and full furnished. This is for short term rentals, between 2 to 3 months for travelling professions. The living room is a good size with a projector instead of a tv. Standard appliances in the kitchen. You must have renter's insurance during your stay. There is only street parking available at this location. I also do have a dog that stays in my room while I'm at work. This is a 2 bed 2 bathroom condo, I do live there as well and am renting out my extra room and bathroom. Rent includes water and trash utilities, internet gets split down the middle. I take care of electricity bill as long as it's within reason. I have a medium dog that roams around and free eats. I'm looking to rent out my extra furnished room. You are responsible for keeping your room and bathroom clean. You must also obtain renters insurance during the entire duration of stay. There is only street parking available. A contract with specifics will be given at the right time if you are chosen.
