No pets allowed. 500 non-refundable Moving Holding Deposit due at signing Home insurance, utilities(SRP, GAS,Water/Sewer,Internet) and Landscaping to be Tenants responsibility. HOA will taken care by Landlord. Any fine imposed for not abiding to HOA rules is Tenant's responsibility
