We check credit and look for collections. We also do a back ground check. Credit must be at least 650. Pets are an extra $250 per pet NON refundable fee. Renter is responsible for all utilities. If sewer bill is not paid, it will be switched back to our name and you will be charged an addition $15 a month processing fee on top of the sewer charges.
