No cigarette smoking in the house The house temperature is set at 70 degrees during cold days, winter time. Most of the time during the day we don't need to turn on the heater, is usually warm. Housemates: We're two wonderful women and one fantastic guy, all between the ages of 30-40. We prioritize mutual respect, a clean living space, and adherence to house rules. -we get along very well and we like to spend times together in the house. Amenities: Your rent is $1500 plus utilities, plus 1700$ deposit. We have a new washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. Street parking only.
