This home also has an updated shower and bathroom, a gas stove, and ceiling fans in all the rooms. The tenet is required to place the utilities in their name immediately. The minimum lease term is 2 years not 1 year. There is a $300 non-refundable deposit per dog. Tenets are required to maintain the yard by cutting it regularly and keeping trash out of the yard. At no time can tenet or their guests park in the yard. All vehicles must be in working order with current registration and tags.
