You know, I should already be sold, so I want to point out the positives for buying me. I am an upstairs, bright and sunny unit. I am in a really central location for beaches, college, work etc.I am perfect for roomates / first time owners. One of my bedrooms leads to a HUGE balcony that has views and great for parties. The only challenge is that I have tenants with lots of STUFF. Sometimes you lose sight of the real me.
