Overall the condo is great, it is right next to the newly renovated gym, it is right next to the street parking and the designating parking lot for west village. The neighbors are very cool, young professionals, who keep to themselves and respect the living space. The dog park is less than 5 min walk and far enough that you don't have to hear the barking. There are some really great bars and restaurants just walk-able. I am totally cool with dogs and cats living there, just keep in mind that any damage outside of wear and tear is taken out of the security deposit. There is a sun room with an office which is great if you ever work from home and want to see the outdoors. semi-Furnished condo. Owner pays for gas, water, and trash removal.
