The downstairs full bathroom, Patio Room, and Hobby Room are tiled. Kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, 18 inch glass tile backsplash, breakfast nook and maple cabinets. Upstairs: Stylish master suite (wall to wall berber carpet) with modern tiled bathroom. Bathroom features a large poured pan walk in shower. Unfinished basement has washer and dryer and storage space. The property has mature trees that keep the awesome fenced in backyard shady. In the Spring it's absolutely beautiful with flowering cherries, dogwoods, redbuds and rhododendrons. Landlord is responsible for leaf removal! There is a modest storage shed and also a large wooden play-set. In some photos the Dining Room is being used as another lounge area. The Patio Room is currently serving as a dining/living area. The Hobby Room has built-ins for shoes and coats, or books. The pics of the master bathroom don't do it justice...it is really nice. Home is air conditioned by 2 separate HVAC units (one up and one down). Home is within Lockeland Design Center (an excellent public elementary school) priority zone. Rent remains at $3000 despite recent significant increases in property tax and insurance. Owner provides professional lawn care/landscaping and regular pest service. The home has been and will remain non smoking. Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Owner provides lawn maintenance, pest service, and trash collection. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking. Rental application with criminal background and credit check will be required. Pets will be considered on an individual basis and may require an additional fee and/or deposit.
