House is located in a great location - so close to so much such as Armature Works, Sprouts Grocery, Ybor, Downtown, I-275/I-4 access, Riverwalk, YMCA, breweries, community garden... The house does have a fenced in yard and a back open deck. There is off-street parking through the back alley or parking is available on the street in the front. The area does have a lot of long time homeowners in the neighborhood so it does have a very "homey" feel. I manage the property and I live super close so don't have to worry about an uncaring landlord. Sorry the pictures aren't the best - they are older. Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. Tenant pays for electric and water. No smoking allowed. The security deposit and first month's rent are needed in advance.
