I'm re-posting this listing - I posted 15 days ago and became pre-occupied with more important project's - so my follow-up with the numerous inquires fell by the way side - Freshly Painted 2 BR / 1 Bath home on private lot walking distance to our Downtown Area with so many activities going on thru- out the year . Natural Gas Furnace with Window A/C Unit - Hook Ups for washer dryer - electric stove - refrig are provided . The home does not have replacement windows and I will not accept section (8) vouchers . No Kerosene Heaters - No Smoking Inside - No Pets inside or outside . Home has freshly cleaned carpet What I am looking for is a person or couple that has income to be prompt with the $1,000 monthly rent has the $ 800. required security deposit and fills out ZILLOW CREDIT APP - That shows background & credit check - based off your SS# not self reported - You have to have the income to show you are capable of paying rent - car & insurance payments - utilities - trips to Food Lion - and still have spending money left over . You get copy of the report to use other units - Most all require the checks and most I've found to more expensive This day and age I know it is hard to do but those are my requirements and would like to speak with you if you are qualified. Then we can make arrangements for you to view the unit . Last couple that recently moved out was there (8) years I'm a good landlord but please if any of above is a problem - I will be unable to rent to you and we will be wasting both of our time to show the unit - Thanks for your understanding .....
